We are thrilled to announce an exciting new chapter at Holmes Family & Cosmetic Dentistry! Dr. Phil Hoyt will be partnering up with Dr. Holmes as our new Associate Dentist.
Born and raised in Indianapolis, Indiana, Dr. Hoyt grew up in the Castleton area and graduated with Honors from North Central High School. From a young age, he knew dentistry was his calling, dedicating himself to the profession through shadowing and patient experiences. He studied General Health Sciences at Purdue University, earned a Master’s in Biology from IUPUI in 2012, and graduated in the top 10% of his class from the IU School of Dentistry in 2017.
Following graduation, he practiced as an associate in Westfield, Indiana for 8 years. There, he honed his skills and built strong relationships with patients, staff, and the community. While Dr. Hoyt really enjoyed the community and practice in Westfield, he and his family have made the decision to make the move to Fort Wayne.
Dedicated to all aspects of general dentistry, Dr. Hoyt brings personalized, patient-focused care to Holmes Family and Cosmetic Dentistry. With Dr. Hoyt joining our team, we’re expanding our services to include root canals, extractions, dental implants, and pediatric dentistry—allowing you to receive these essential treatments right here in our office. Our goal is to provide comprehensive dentistry and keep patient care in-house as much as possible. Plus, having two doctors means more appointment availability, making it easier for you to schedule at a time that works best for you.
